Style Guide V1
I’ve incorporated a few typefaces to be used for the hero pages with inspirational quotes. I’m planning to use funkydori for the logo, most likely. I also hope to incorporate these stars throughout the layout. The first color palette was not optimized for printing not versatility.

Style Guide V2
In this revised version of the style guide, the colors are optimized in order to be versatile with background and accent colors without being over the top. There are 3 main colors: pink, blue, and orange. The colors exist in a vibrant hue as well as a pastel hue to make up the color palette. It is unlikely that all of the colors will ever be on one page like they are on the mood board. I have examples below exploring the layering of colors as backgrounds and accents.

Printing Logistics
Sending to print during week 11. It should take about 2 weeks to arrive.

Based on this shipping estimator, there is flexibility with shipping times. I will likely select standard shipping, which takes about 2 weeks to arrive. I plan to order the book during week 11 in order to do a photoshoot during week 14. I have also considered alternate methods of creating the photoshoot, just in case there are any issues with sending the book to print. One alternative is to create digital mock ups of the book. The other option is to hand make a prototype that works for the photoshoot. For example, creating the book sleeve and wrapping it around a book that I already have, or printing spreads and folding them into a book for the photoshoot.
